We will only need one fake address for now, but you can go ahead and create a few and note them down for other projects on this blog. - http://burnerapp.com/ - You can get a free disposable number when you download this app (android and iOS) - includes voice and text. You do not have to pay anything after the free trial.
- https://www.flynumber.com - This is paid, costs about 3$ a month, and is lot more than disposable, as you can keep it for ever and answer calls etc. This is a full blown pbx with numbers in most of the countries. A must have really as it is not only for sms, you can get voice confirmations too.

- http://hs3x.com/ - Free! - The numbers might be maxed out there for google though, There are lot of similar services online, just look for "Free sms receive
Webhosting
Webhosting is the costly part of this business, but I have found ways to do this like 10 times cheaper than it would be.. You all probably know about shared hosting - unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth etc for something like 10$ a month - This will not fly. When you push 1 million users and it gets to something like 50 people online at the same time it will fail 100% Then you will be loosing visitors and money that could convert to affiliate sales! To withstand the traffic you might think "I need a dedicated server". That is correct, you will need a VPS or a dedicated server, but you do not want to invest like 200$ a month. So my solution comes into place. You will be able to withstand at least 300 concurrent users with the cost of about 20$ / month. How ? Read on.
I have researched this a lot, and I would like to mention the proper solution for this, and it is not a vps or a dedicated server. It is an amazon cloud instance, cloned multiple times with a load balancer. This will ensure uptime always but might cost you. You should move to this "correct" solution when you see that you are making money. For 5 million visitors you might reach costs of 500-1000 a month.
Here is my work around to that :
- Go open an account at digital ocean. There are many online vps outhere, but I find this easier to manage and describe in this tutorial. They also run an a nice affiliate scheme :)
- Fire a droplet in Amsterdam, a 5$ one , for the mysql. Do a centos 7 64bit
- Login to your droplet as admin and install mysql and webmin to manage it (detailed article will be posted here soon)
- Fire another droplet for the webserver with wordpress preinstalled. Uninstall mysql and edit the config file for wordpress to point to the other droplet so you keep them seperate. (detailed article will be posted here soon)
- Go to cloudflare and point your dns there
- Enable supercache on your wordpress
- That is all! 15$ a month, about 300 concurrent visitors easy
